Burning WoW (http://www.burning-wow.com/home.html) has 4 realms: 1x, 4x, 15x (blizzlikes) and a funserver. Now, I am a guy who likes Blizzlikes because when you level on them it feels like you accomplish something. Toxic WoW is Blizzlikes but the server is terrible. Burning wow has great blizzlike servers and a friendly atmosphere. They also allow text color changing addons, the best of which can be found at http://rapidshare.com/files/116212746/ColorMe__4.zip.html The AddOn is called ColorMe! some server do not allow it so check before using.
Anyway back to Burning WoW. There is something about this realm that I like and i cannot put my finger on it. Anyway I suggest you try it!
